While everyone is listening to the new Radiohead today I’m listening to last year’s Broken Social Scene album, Forgiveness Rock Record. I don’t know why but I’ve never really been a fan of Radiohead. Don’t get me wrong, I think they’re very talented. And I don’t ignore them in the same way that I ignore Justin Bieber or Lady Ga Ga I just don’t listen to them. One could argue if I like Broken Social Scene I must like Radiohead because they sound so similar, especially the new song “Lotus Flower.” Not sure why I’m so apathetic to their sound. So I’ll enjoy the techno fusion sound of Broken Social Scene and you can enjoy the very similar sound of Radiohead. Happiness to all to all.
