new-ish listen: My Morning Jacket, “Circuital”

I’ve seen them live twice this summer already promoting their new album of the same name, Circuital. First closing the show at Mountain Jam in the Catskills (image top) then two weeks later in Chicago (image bottom). Both shows were amazing, the second left me with ringing ears for 4 days. I’m seeing them a third time August 16 at Meadow Brook in Rochester Hills partially because I can’t get enough of the new album but also because Neko Case will be opening. For real. MMJ + Neko. Together! So stoked.
